Micro-X DRX Revolution Nano
The Micro-X DRX Resolution Nano is a fully integrated digital mobile x-ray system utilising Carbon Nano Tube Technology. Existing X-ray systems are known to be oversized (300-650kg), under-designed, and designated a stationary place in healthcare environments. The Nano ensures a quicker and more comfortable x-ray imaging process bringing the service to patient rooms and ICU. Designed by Design + Industry, Micro-X & Hydrix.
Refined Precision.
The Nano is smaller, ultra lightweight (95kg) and highly maneuverable ensuring easier and faster access in tight spaces (i.e. patient rooms & ICU). Specifically designed with hospital technologists in mind the Nano features a low profile, providing a wide 180-degree view and a clear line of sight around the entire system.
Precise positioning of the tube head and collimator controls are manipulated via an innovative ‘tusk’ controller design increasing operator efficiency and usability. The Nano’s articulating arm reaches up and out, with long reach and rotation, extending over patient beds into precisely balanced positions as required.

A world-first innovation applied, the Nano features an ultra-lightweight Carbon Nanotube field emission X-ray tube boasting an incredible five-year life span. Maneuverability and availability are key inpatient care environments, the Nano utilises a long-lasting and fast recharging Lithium Iron-Phosphate Battery. This eliminates the need to be plugged in - capturing high-quality images supports professionals in the accurate and timely diagnosis and treatment for patients.
