The KUFU Modular Drawer System, developed with the vision of revolutionising vehicle storage through proprietary KUFU Catch-and-Click™ technology, caters to the diverse needs of recreation, trades, defence, medical, and fleet industries. The system combines a unique compression-moulded design, all-weather sealing, external + internal lighting, and anti-slip surfaces with a robust construction, offering unparalleled strength, adaptability, and security. Compatible with a variety of major vehicles including SUVs, tray tops, troop carriers, vessels, and aircraft, this Australian-designed system complies with ADR 43/02 safety standards. This ensures a seamless user experience for organising and securing cargo and equipment, and efficient installation for a variety of use cases.

Bridging the gap between user needs and innovation in vehicle storage
The challenge was to design a versatile vehicle storage solution that overcomes the limitations of modularity, adaptability, security, and weather resistance in traditional systems. The KUFU Drawer System had to balance user-friendliness, safety, and efficient organisation across varied sectors, while integrating a swift installation process, robust design, safety regulation compliance, integrated lighting, utilitarian aesthetics, and a premium feel. Central to the project was the development of a comprehensive compression-moulded platform, designed to be adaptable across a multitude of vehicle types and accommodate six lengths and three heights, promoting efficient organisation. The system required a straightforward assembly process, durable materials, and compliance with Australian ADR requirements, all while catering to the distinct needs of diverse users and industries.
Quick + Easy Install and Removal.
A unique catch rear bracket that intercepts the drawer, then slides and locks with a locking pin at the front. The pin access is only available when the drawer is opened, preventing theft.
Equipped with an automatic fade-out internal LED and switch-controlled external task lights, the drawer system illuminates drawer contents and outdoor surroundings effectively.
As a modular system the drawers offer 6 lengths and 3 height options. With 180mm, 280mm and 460mm high options, the 460mm offers the largest volume on the market and lengths from 750mm to 1700mm - installation possibilies are endless.
Truly Sealed: Designed for external use, it features gaskets and venting to shield moving parts from dust + moisture, ensuring durability in harsh conditions. The system can be washed externally with water + soap, ensuring ease of maintenance.
Unmatched load handling capabilities with 1-tonne top capacity and 150kg per drawer - allowing efficient organization and protection of tools or gear, via KUFU patented slide system + robust composite design, made for real-world demands.

Compliant with ADR42/05 and ADR69/00 safety standards, the crash-tested system has incremental locking points, secure transportation features, and a 1-tonne load rating, delivering stability and reliability. Designed and assembled in Australia, the KUFU Drawer System withstands harsh environments with its high-quality materials and construction.
