Administration Officer
SYDNEY
We are looking for an intelligent and motivated individual who thrives in a positive and dynamic environment with a focus on excellence in customer service to join the administration team in our Rozelle office. Based at reception, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the design and business development team whilst performing reception duties. You will be the face and the voice of D+I, answering calls, meeting and greeting clients. You will utilise your organisational and communication skills to manage and run the day to day operations of the office. This is an amazing opportunity to work within a unique creative design environment and with an enthusiastic team.
Skills and Experience:
+ Self-motivated and enthusiastic
+ Confident and bubbly personality
+ Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
+ Strong computer skills across a range of Microsoft applications
+ Excellent time management and organisational skills
+ High attention to detail, reliable and a willingness to learn and accept increased responsibility
+ Ability to work autonomously
+ Ability to manage a multi-line phone system in a busy environment
+ Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role

Project Lead — Electronics Engineer

Working collaboratively with D+I’s established customer base you will use your skills to understand their requirements and lead multi-disciplinary project teams to deliver world-first products.
These are hands-on positions for engineers who are highly motivated by original product design.
Job Summary:
As a Project Lead specialising in Electronics and Industrial Design/Mechanical Engineering Projects, you will be responsible for leading and managing the end-to-end execution of projects in the fields of electronics, mechanical, and industrial design. Your role will involve overseeing project management tasks, contributing to project deliverables, and providing technical direction to designers and engineers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, and clients, and adhere to established design and engineering processes. Additionally, within your projects you will be responsible for resource planning, maintaining client relationships, ensuring compliance with ISO 13485, and driving the successful delivery of product and technical outcomes.

Firmware Engineer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled engineer with a strong collaborative mindset, a product-focused approach, and proficiency in C/C++. You will be responsible for developing firmware for embedded electronic systems, leveraging your expertise in firmware architecture, IDEs, version control, and product development workflows. Your role will involve project and product risk assessment to ensure successful market delivery. If you hold a degree in Computer Science or Electronics Engineering and have experience in hardware-software integration, we encourage you to apply to join th team.
