PRESS RELEASE : Design + Industry Wins Prestigious 2005 GOOD DESIGN AWARD

Australia’s largest Industrial Design consultancy, Design + Industry (D+I) are proud to announce another international accolade for the Intelect Advanced and Mobile electrotherapy range.
D+I has been awarded a distinguished GOOD DESIGN Award by The Chicago Athenaeum: Museum of Architecture and Design, the only museum of architecture and design in the United States. The innovative Intelect Advance and Mobile Range received the award in the competitive medical equipment category, impressing judges with its innovative qualities and world class design.
The Intelect product range, designed for US based company Chattanooga Group, sets new benchmarks in its product category, providing a universally appealing range of electrotherapy solutions with superior operational features. The GOOD DESIGN award is the fifth competition to recognise the highly sophisticated range. Other accolades for the product suite include;

Design Distinction from ID Magazine’s Annual Design Review
Gold IDEA Award from the Industrial Designers Society of America (IDSA)
Winner Medical Design Excellence Award (MDEA)
